Kathmandu. Former Prime Minister Sushila Karki has mentioned that the Genji movement, which started on this day last year, has sent the message that even a two-thirds majority in parliament cannot provide stability if there is no good governance.
Issuing a message on the occasion of the first anniversary of the Genji movement, she said, "A painful incident occurred in the country's history on this day a year ago. Many youths were injured, destined to suffer the pain of disability for life. I offer heartfelt tribute to all the warriors martyred in that incident. I wish for the speedy recovery of the injured."
