Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) chairperson Rabi Lamichhane has emerged as a key diplomatic contact for major powers including India, China and the United States, even as their ambassadors have also begun engaging with Prime Minister and senior RSP leader Balendra (Balen) Shah.
