Wait for few more days for monsoon; El Nino likely behind delay

Monsoon arrival is likely to be delayed this time in Nepal, because it has already eluded the tentative time for its entry. It is yet to make a presence in Nepal, even after the passage of three days of its entry date, compared to the last year.
