Case against chef Santosh Shah linked to restaurant deal, loan and cheque dispute

Shah’s case stems from a Gairidhara restaurant deal between Aarjab Holdings and Mithila Thali, involving alleged unpaid loans, cheque dishonour and contractual default.

Celebrity chef Santosh Shah, who was arrested in a banking offence case, was released on Tuesday after depositing bail equivalent to the amount claimed in the case.
