NC 15th general convention: ward convention to begin from September 19

Kathmandu, Sept 8: The ward convention under the 15th general convention of the Nepali Congress (NC) is scheduled to begin from September 19.
NC has postponed the ward convention, which was set to kick off from September 9, due to devastating flood in Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa.
