Nepal Electricity Authority Employee Dies After Electrocution in Udayapur

Udayapur. An employee of the Nepal Electricity Authority has died due to electrocution while working on an electric pole in Belka Municipality, Udayapur.

On Wednesday morning, around 10:30 AM, while climbing an electric pole near Rampur Nagar Hospital in Belka Municipality-9 to connect wires to the meter box, 40-year-old Milan Rai, who was working at the Nepal Electricity Authority Rampur Distribution Center, was electrocuted, police said.
