Engineer Deepak Kumar Sah Elected to House of Representatives from Sunsari-4

Kathmandu. Engineer Deepak Kumar Sah, Member of Parliament from Sunsari Constituency No. 4, never wanted to come to the forefront of politics. He always worked from behind. This time, he contested the election from Sunsari's Constituency No. 4 from the Rastriya Swatantra Party and won by a large margin. Sah received 42,771 votes, while his closest rival, Nepali Congress candidate Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, received 26,184 votes.

As an engineer, Sah worked in the hydropower sector. He says he will now work with more responsibility in the role of a Member of Parliament.
