35 Arrested for Overcharging Passengers in Kalimati and Balkhu

Kathmandu. 35 people have been arrested for harassing passengers and trying to extort more money by bargaining fares in the Kalimati and Balkhu areas. The Valley Traffic Police Office conducted an operation and arrested them on Wednesday morning.

SP Naresh Subedi of the Valley Traffic Police Office told Ratopati that they were harassing those who were active around the counters and trying to travel outside the valley via Balkhu.
