Washington DC. The Trump administration is seeking to prevent environmental lawsuits against billionaire businessman Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company XAI. The Trump administration has claimed that stopping the related electricity project could affect national security.

In a court filing this week, the US Department of Justice requested that a lawsuit alleging that dozens of natural gas turbines, built to supply electricity to the $20 billion Colossus-2 data center to be built in Memphis, Tennessee, were illegally operated, be dismissed.
