UK Air Traffic Control System Failure Causes Over 1,000 Flights to be Cancelled

London. More than 1,000 flights have been cancelled due to a technical problem in the air traffic control system in Britain. Due to the malfunction seen in the system until Tuesday night, air services in various parts of Europe including Britain were affected.

According to the flight monitoring website Flightradar24, more than 1,000 flights were cancelled due to the technical problem. Britain's National Air Traffic Services also stated that aircraft takeoffs were affected due to the problem. It is said that the flight system is gradually returning to normal.
