5-year-old girl undergoes successful liver transplant at KIST Hospital

A five-year-old girl has successfully undergone a liver transplant at KIST Teaching Hospital in Lalitpur. The hospital said the girl underwent surgery on August 18. Her 33-year-old mother donated part of her liver to her daughter.
