Victims Protest Pashupati Area Development Trust Master Plan Implementation

Kathmandu. Victims of Tilganga area (Block B 13) have been continuously protesting for the past 45 days, stating that the government has committed gross injustice against them in the name of implementing the master plan of the Pashupati Area Development Trust.

The government demolished the houses and huts of citizens who have been living in the Tilganga area for a long time on May 1 and 2. They are protesting in front of the main gate of the Pashupati Area Development Trust in Gaushala, accusing the government of treating them like squatters and violating their fundamental rights, even though they are not squatters.
