Panchadan Festival Celebrated in Bhaktapur

Bhaktapur. The important religious and cultural festival of the Buddhist Newar community, Panchadan, has been celebrated with devotion and reverence in Bhaktapur.

On the occasion of this festival, celebrated on the thirteenth day of the waning moon of Bhadra, Panchadan has been organized collectively in various neighborhoods, vihars, and bahals of Bhaktapur.
