Lamichhane defends state response, says anger of flood victims is a cry for help

Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) chair Rabi Lamichhane has defended the government’s response to the Rasuwa floods, saying the state mobilised its resources quickly for rescue, treatment and relief.
