Congress Chief Whip Pariyar: Governance Character Change Crucial, Not Just New Faces

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress Chief Whip in the National Assembly, Padam Bahadur Pariyar, has stated that a new political system will not be established merely by bringing new faces into the government.
