Former PM Bhattarai Calls for Truth Excavation and Institutional Development of Democratic State

Kathmandu. Former Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai has stated that the ruling party and the government should both focus on the excavation of truth on August 24 and the institutional protection and development of the democratic state. On Wednesday, Dr. Bhattarai also stated through social media that those who brutally suppressed the Genji movement on August 23 have already been punished by history.

"May the focus of both the ruling party and the government be on the excavation of truth on August 24 and the institutional protection and development of the democratic state," said Bhattarai.
