126MW Lower Seti Hydropower Project to be Constructed in Tanahun

Tanahun. A 126 MW Lower Seti Hydropower Project will be constructed in Tanahun. The project, which is being built with 227 million US dollars from the Asian Development Bank, 30 percent equity, and 70 percent loan, has been informed by Project Chief Harikumar Shrestha.

The dam of the semi-reservoir project falls in Bandipur-6 and Devghat Rural Municipality-3 of Tanahun. The powerhouse, staff quarters, and main tunnel fall in Devghat Rural Municipality-3 and 4.
