Water Levels to Rise Significantly in Major Rivers Over Next Three Days

Kathmandu. Water levels in major and small rivers across the country are expected to rise significantly in the next three days. According to a bulletin issued by the Flood Forecasting Division on Thursday morning, water flow is estimated to increase in almost all major river systems of the country.

As per the measurement this morning, the flow in Koshi, Narayani, Bagmati, Karnali, Mahakali and their tributaries, along with Kankai, Kamala, Babai, Eastern Rapti and Western Rapti rivers, is below the alert level.
