Over 50,000 gas cylinders dispatched to Kathmandu on Wednesday

Chitwan, Sept 10: A landslide at the Krishnabhir section along the Prithvi Highway has disrupted the transportation of gas tankers to Kathmandu.

The road here collapsed due to erosion caused by the Trishuli River on August 30. To prevent a shortage of cooking gas in the Kathmandu Valley, alternative supply arrangements have been put in place.
