Congress Whip Rai Criticizes Government for Rule by Influence, Not Law

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress Chief Whip Nishkal Rai has accused the government of starting to run based on influence rather than the constitution, law, and procedure.

Speaking in the House of Representatives meeting on Thursday, he urged the government to work seriously for transparency, good governance, rule of law, and an end to corruption in the spirit of the 'Gen Z movement'.
