Supreme Court Issues Interim Order Against Dissolution of Baglung Kalika Bhagwati Trust Management Committee

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued a short-term interim order not to implement the decision of the Guthi Sansthan to dissolve the Baglung Kalika Bhagwati Trust Management Committee and form a new committee.

A single bench of Justice Nripadhwaj Niraula, while hearing the writ filed by Bhupendra Khadka, ordered to keep the decision of the Guthi Sansthan in status quo. The Kalika Bhagwati Trust Management Committee under the chairmanship of Bhupendra Khadka was formed and working according to the decision of the Guthi Sansthan.
