Energy Minister Discusses Electricity Distribution and Customer Service

Kathmandu. Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Birajbhakta Shrestha held a virtual discussion with the provincial and divisional heads under the authority's distribution and customer service directorate. The discussion was held to gather information on the current state of electricity service and the work to be done in the distribution system.

During the discussion, Minister Shrestha emphasized the need to keep the distribution system efficient and robust to make the electricity service sustainable and secure. He inquired about the causes and solutions for the electricity supply problems occurring in various parts of the country in recent days and suggested improving the distribution system and prioritizing customer service.
