Five Ugandan Nationals Arrested in Thamel for Harassing Tourists and Assaulting Police

Kathmandu. Five citizens of Uganda have been arrested for harassing the general public and tourists in Thamel, a tourist area of Kathmandu, and for assaulting and verbally abusing police officers on duty when they tried to reason with them.

According to the District Police Range, Kathmandu, they were taken into custody on Jestha 9 from the Thamel area of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26.
