Birgunj. Police have arrested two people with ganja and brown sugar from various places in Parsa.
Seventy-year-old Dukhi Mahato from Bhathaur of Paterwasuguli Rural Municipality-4 was arrested with 18 kg 400 grams of ganja from his house, while an Indian citizen was arrested from Parwanipur of Birgunj Metropolitan City-21.
