Theft of Gold, Silver, and Cash Worth Millions Reported in Kathmandu

Kathmandu. Gold, silver, and cash worth millions of rupees have been stolen from two separate locations in Kathmandu. Police have stated that on Thursday, valuables worth more than 2.4 million rupees were stolen from the rooms of individuals residing in Budhanilkantha and Kageshwari Manohara Municipalities in Kathmandu.
According to the police, the theft occurred on Thursday evening from the room of Ram Bahadur BK, 29, originally from Kavre, who was residing in Simaltar, Budhanilkantha Municipality-12, Kathmandu. The thief entered his room and stole valuables including gold, silver jewelry, and cash, amounting to approximately 242,000 rupees, before fleeing.
