Nepal Aims for ACC Premier Cup History Against UAE in Final

Kathmandu. The Nepali men's national cricket team is planning to create another history. Nepal has a chance to create history in the third edition of the ACC Premier Cup currently underway in Malaysia. If Nepal can defeat the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the final match on Saturday, it will become the first team to win the one-day format ACC Premier Cup for the second consecutive time.

Nepal was the champion team of the 50-over ACC Premier Cup held on home soil in 2023. The Premier Cup held in 2024 was played in a T20 format. Nepal's performance in that competition held in Oman was ordinary. Reaching the semi-finals, Nepal secured fourth place. This time, however, Nepal has made it to the final with a spectacular comeback.
