CPN-UML Task Force Presents Two Separate Reports Amidst Internal Dispute

Kathmandu. The dispute within the CPN-UML is likely to prolong after the convener of the party reorganization task force and Vice Chairman Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ and member-secretary and General Secretary Shankar Pokharel prepared separate reports. The task force will now hold residential meetings to prepare a single report incorporating the spirit of both leaders’ reports.

At a meeting held at the party headquarters in Chyasal on Friday, task force convener Thapa presented two separate documents. According to a member, he submitted these documents, one stating ‘From the General Secretary’ and the other ‘From my side’.
