Dubai Consulate Tightens Personal Visa Verification for Nepali Workers

Kathmandu. The Nepali Consulate General in Dubai has tightened personal visa verification procedures as the number of Nepali workers arriving in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on personal visas getting stranded and falling into various problems has increased.

It has been observed that some companies bringing in workers on personal visas lack credibility, and these companies are not taking responsibility for visa, Emirates ID, and insurance arrangements after the workers arrive in the UAE.
