Besishahar-Chame Road Section in Dharapani Closed for Concrete Slabbing

Lamjung. The road section in Dharapani, Naso Rural Municipality-3, Manang, connecting Lamjung and Manang, will be completely closed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM today for concrete slabbing.

According to Chief District Officer of Manang, Muktiprasad Khanal, the Manang Marshyangdi Hydropower Project with a capacity of 135 megawatts will be doing concrete slabbing on approximately 50 meters of the road in the Dharapani area. He stated that the road is being completely closed because the road is narrow and there are houses on both sides, making it impossible to arrange an alternative for vehicle operation during the slabbing process.
