Nepal Tourism Sector Shows Positive Recovery Trends

Kathmandu. The economic survey 2082/83 shows that Nepal's tourism sector is showing a positive rhythm of recovery. In 2025, a total of 11,62,365 foreign tourists have entered Nepal. Which is a growth of 1.3 percent compared to the previous year.
There has also been a significant improvement in the average length of stay of tourists. The duration of stay, which was 13.30 days in 2024, has increased to 16.34 days. However, the average spending per tourist per day has shrunk to 33.08 US dollars.
