Minister Mahabir Pun Urges Rescue of Stranded Nepali in UAE

Kathmandu. Minister for Science, Technology and Innovation Mahabir Pun has urged for the rescue of a Nepali stranded in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). On Saturday, through his Facebook, Minister Pun urged the concerned parties to rescue the Nepali.

Minister Pun stated that a Nepali named Sunil Lungeli Magar called him crying from Dubai, asking if anyone could rescue him. However, Minister Pun is facing criticism on social media while urging for the rescue. Minister Pun said that the Nepali became stranded after the employer company confiscated Magar's passport at the workplace.
