Nepal defeat UAE to win ACC Premier Cup, qualify for Asia Cup

Kathmandu, Sept 12: Nepal have qualified for the Asia Cup after defeating the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 44 runs in the final of the ACC Premier Cup on Saturday.

Playing at the Bayuemas Oval in Malaysia, Nepal set UAE a target of 314 runs after scoring 313 for nine in their allotted 50 overs. In reply, UAE were bowled out for 269 runs in 49.1 overs.
