Man arrested in Chitwan with jewellery swept away by flood

Dhading, Sept 12: Police have arrested a man in Dhading on charges of keeping jewellery recovered after the August 26 Bhotekoshi flood without informing the rightful owner.

According to Prakash Dahal, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) at the District Police Office, Dhading, the arrested man has been identified as Ram Bahadur Tamang, 35, of Banchhetar at ward no. 6 of Gajuri rural municipality in Dhading district.
