18-Year-Old Rescued From Banaganga River, 10-Year-Old Brother Missing

Butwal. 18-year-old Ridam Lama, who was trapped in the Banaganga River in Banaganga Municipality, Kapilvastu, has been rescued safely. A joint team of Armed Police and Nepal Police rescued him safely on Saturday. His 10-year-old brother Buddha, however, is missing.

Ridam and his brother Buddha from Bodhagaun, Banaganga Municipality-8, were trapped in a sudden flood while going to bathe in the Banaganga River. Police Deputy Superintendent Rependrakumar Singh informed that Ridam was rescued safely by a joint team of security personnel late on Saturday evening.
