Debut Feature Film 'Shape of Momo' to Release in Nepal and India on May 29

Kathmandu. Sikkim's young film director Triveni Rai's debut feature film 'Shape of Momo' is set to be released simultaneously in Nepal and India on Friday, May 29, i.e., Jestha 15. Indian actor and producer Rana Daggubati's Spirit Media is supporting the film's release, while Indian filmmakers Zoya Akhtar, Reema Kagti, and Payal Kapadia are executive producers.

Produced by Dalli Khorasani Production and co-produced by Kathakala Films, the film presents the story of the life, relationships, silence, emotional legacy, and identity of three generations of women in a Sikkimese Himalayan village. The film is said to delve deeply into the emotional concept of 'home'.
