Surkhet. A pedestrian has died in Surkhet after being hit by a tipper. The deceased has been identified as Kamal Oli, 23, of Bheriganga Municipality-2.
According to Dipendra Magarathi, spokesperson for the District Police Office Surkhet, the incident occurred last night on the inner road section at Kalapani.
