Woman Missing From Surkhet Found Dead in Bardiya

Surkhet. The body of a woman who went missing from Surkhet has been found in Bardiya. According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Kabindrasingh Bohora of the District Police Office Surkhet, 27-year-old Uma Gyawali Neupane of Chishapani, Birendranagar Municipality-5, had been out of contact with her family since Bhadra 25. Her body was found on Bhadra 26 in the irrigation canal going from Manau to Tapra in Sonaaha Phant of Gulariya Municipality-6, Bardiya. The Area Police Office, Pataabhar, Bardiya had sent the found body to the District Hospital, Gulariya for post-mortem. Family members identified the body last night after reaching Gulariya, Bohora said. According to him, Uma's mental condition was not stable.
