Dr. Shekhar Koirala to Boycott Party Conventions Without Unity

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala will not participate in the conventions held by either the establishment or the factional groups. He has stated that if a convention for unity does not happen, he will launch a campaign across the country for party unity.

After the schedules for the two conventions were released, leader Dr. Koirala told party workers inquiring about which convention to attend that he would not participate in any convention until a convention for unity takes place.
