Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Rajendra Lingden Urges Government to Implement Human Rights Commission Report

Kathmandu. Opposition party Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden has urged the government to immediately implement the report published by the Human Rights Commission. He said this while speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu on Friday to mark the 36th anniversary of the party's establishment.
Chairman Lingden also emphasized that those declared guilty by the Human Rights Commission should immediately proceed with the process of clearing their names. Chairman Lingden stated that since this report of the Human Rights Commission will be recorded not only in Nepal but also in the records of the United Nations and its affiliated organizations, those found guilty should not delay in taking necessary steps to clear their names. He pointed out the need for the government to show initiative in its immediate implementation as the report has exposed many things.
