Will Nepal Finally Learn?

Every time there is a big flood in Nepal, it seems that we go through the same painful cycle. Heartbreaking images of families being evacuated from their homes, roads being washed away and communities struggling to recover. For a few days everybody is talking about the disaster. There are rescue efforts, donations, promises that next time things will be different. But as the water recedes and life slowly returns to normal, so do our attentions. See you in the next disaster.
