Government Prioritizes Siddhartha and Prithvi Highway Upgrades for Economy and Tourism

Pokhara. The government has given high priority to the upgrade of the Siddhartha and Prithvi highways, which play a significant role in the country's economy and tourism promotion.

Through the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/084, the government has stated its intention to transform these two main road sections to an international standard and facilitate transportation. The construction of the Ambukhairani-Pokhara section of the Prithvi Highway is in the final stages of completion.
