RSP scraps delegate fee at national convention, refund process announced

KATHMANDU, June 23: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Rabi Lamichhane has instructed concerned authorities to discontinue the collection of delegate fees for participants attending the party’s first national general convention.
