Weather Department Forecasts Increased Rainfall Activity Nationwide

Kathmandu. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Meteorological Forecasting Division, has projected that rainfall activity will increase across the country for the next three days. It has also advised to exercise high caution. Issuing a special bulletin on Saturday night, the division stated that the rainfall will further intensify on Sunday and Monday.

The division has indicated a possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall in some places in the hilly and terai regions of Koshi Province on Monday night. It has also forecast heavy rainfall in one or two places in Madhesh Province.
