Second Langtang Trail Run Held to Promote Tourism

Rasauwa. The second edition of the Langtang Trail Run has been organized with the objective of promoting the tourism potential of Rasauwa and Nuwakot at the national and international level. The competition, organized by the Rasauwa-Nuwakot Tourism Society, aims to establish the Langtang region, including Kyanjin Valley, as an attractive destination for adventure tourism.

The trail run, which started from the famous Kyanjin Monastery in the Langtang region, is 32 kilometers long and ends at Syabrubesi. A total of 106 runners, including 18 women and 88 men, participated in the race that started from Kyanjin Monastery, located at an altitude of approximately 3,850 meters above sea level.
