Congress MP Arjun Narsingh KC Calls PM's Presence in Parliament Positive, Urges Adherence to Rules

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress MP Arjun Narsingh KC has said that the Prime Minister's presence in the parliament and readiness to answer is positive.

MP KC said this after some MPs raised objections when the Prime Minister went to the rostrum against the rules in the House of Representatives meeting on Sunday and asked questions to the MPs. He also said that the provisions of the rules should be continued.
