Farmers dump tomatoes on Maitighar road to protest low market prices (Photos)

KATHMANDU, July 15: Frustrated over falling returns for their produce, farmers from Tarkeshwar Municipality dumped tomatoes on the road at Maitighar Mandala in Kathmandu on Wednesday, staging a symbolic protest against what they called the government’s failure to address their concerns.
