Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Marks World Environment Day with Tree Plantation Drive

Kathmandu/ Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCBNL) marked World Environment Day with a tree plantation drive today at the Adinath Community Forest in Kirtipur.

Around 350 employees, along with members of the local community, participated in the initiative and planted 500 saplings. The saplings included a mix of fruit-bearing, flowering, and shade-providing tree species. The program aims to enhance local greenery, promote biodiversity, and contribute to long-term environmental sustainability.
