Meter-Interest Victims' Struggle Committee and Government Hold Crucial Talks

Kathmandu. Crucial talks are underway between the Meter-Interest Victims' Struggle Committee and the government. It is said that preparations are being made to reach an understanding to address the victims' demands in the talks to be held shortly in Singhdarbar.
A discussion was also held between the government and the victims' leaders on Thursday night. The government had stopped the meter-interest victims, who started a march from Janakpur on Asar 25th and headed towards Kathmandu, at Nijgadh in Bara, and Home Minister Sudhan Gurung had initiated the talks.
