Nepal, China review stalled and ongoing infrastructure projects

Chinese-funded projects including highways, tunnels, and cross-border railway discussed for speedy implementation.

Nepal and China on Tuesday reviewed the China-funded projects in Nepal during the third meeting of the Mechanism for Facilitation on the Implementation of Nepal-China Cooperation Programmes and Projects. Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai and Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Zhang Maoming co-chaired the meeting, leading their respective delegations.
