Energy Minister States Rescue Efforts Underway for Trapped Workers in Rasuwa

Kathmandu. Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Biraj Bhakta Shrestha said that the rescue team is trying to reach the tunnel by this evening to rescue the workers, employees, and locals trapped in the tunnels of various hydropower projects due to the Rasuwa flood.

Meeting with the families of those trapped inside the tunnel at the ministry on Saturday, Minister Shrestha said, 'There is a possibility of reaching the tunnel by this evening.'
